Milnerva was created to help Soldiers and leaders spend less time struggling with paperwork and more time focusing on what matters. We use AI to provide accurate, efficient writing support and ensure every Soldier gets the recognition and counselings they deserve.
Meet the Founder
Dakota Walker
Founder, Milnerva
I served in the Army from 2009 to 2015 with HHC, 1-12 Infantry Recon, working my way from scout to sniper section leader. I deployed to Afghanistan three times, earning the Combat Infantry Badge, Expert Infantry Badge, Purple Heart, and more. After the Army, I worked as a Designated Defense Marksman at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, then transitioned into software engineering where I became a Full Stack Engineer. I enjoy building software that helps people and makes their lives easier.
I started Milnerva because I know firsthand how much time Soldiers spend on writing tasks and how important it is to get them right. My goal is to make writing easier for Soldiers and leaders, so they can focus on what matters most. I'm always open to feedback and love connecting with users.
